BIO-INSTALLATION OF THE BGS MODEL

Productivity of processing: from 10 tons of raw materials per day (manure of cattle, pigs, chicken litter, beet pulp, corn silage and others). It is also possible to use the system also for processing fat and broken eggs, slaughter waste. Biogas composition: methane not less than 70%, carbon dioxide - about 10%, nitrogen - about 12%, oxygen - about 7%, hydrogen sulphide - less than 1%. The productivity of producing organic fertilizers is proportional to the loading of raw materials. The complex is assembled on the basis of 20 or 40 ft. container. The installation is completely mobile and does not require capital construction.
