Dumplings devices of the AP (P) series

A series of professional dumplings with a capacity of 150 to 650 kg per hour. The feature set of data models provides the ability to manufacture products of premium class. The line of dumplings for this series is equipped with a testorack mechanism with an increased number of rentals (up to 7) professionally rolling out the dough, ensuring its uniformity and the absence of air pockets. The model consists of three blocks: apparatus, dough-feeding unit, and forcemeat feed pump. There is the possibility of equipment with additional options. The thickness of the dough tape and filling with minced meat is regulated by the operator.
